When contacting MCI information will be used for legitimate business purposes, which includes:


  • Supplying our services to you; your personal details will be required for us to contact, complete and/or enter into a contract with you;

The information we asked for may include; name, address, contact number and address. 


  • Name - We take our customers name for a reference for estimates and invoices. 

  • Email - We ask our customer to provide an email as a method to send over an work estimates, invoices for completed work or to contact to arrange a visit or to measure up. 

  • Contact Number - We ask our customer to provide us with a contact number to; call them on arrival, to keep them updated about the job and to follow up with regards to the work being completed or completed. 

  • Address - We ask our customer for an address to measure up for the work to provide an estimate, when a customer has agreed to the work being carried for us to attend to complete installation. Invoice will also display the customers address. 


How long do we keep your personal information?

MCI do not keep your data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes of which the person information is collected.  HMRC requirement is that MCI must keep records i.e invoices for at least five year each tax year. 


Will the data be shared with any third parties?

We do not share your personal data with any third parties for any marketing and/or commercial purposes. Data shared with third party is for administration and legal requirements only. We use a host for our website, please see further information below.

Our MCI website company is hosted on the platform. provides the online platform that allows us to share our services with you. Your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 


What type of information does our website collect?

Our website receives, collects and also stores information you enter or provide us in any other way, for example entering details into a contact form. Our website hosted through Wix also collects the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the interest. Through our website, and in conjunction with Google Analytics, we may collect information on sessions and visit history. We collect personal information through our contact forms which include, name, email address and telephone number.

Our website is hosted through Wix, Wix may place and access Cookies on your computer. MCI use this information to enhance your experience whilst using our website. When you complete a contact form on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific purpose to contact you as stated in How we use your data section above. We have no payment or money transactions through the website.
